Real photo postcard showing Dennis E. A candid photo of Dennis sitting down in front of a local shop rolling a cigarette. Great early signs with "Fiddeltown" miss spelled. Lucky Strike ad in window.

Townsend is the son of the first Post Master and School Teacher of Oleta. Supposedly Dennis did not live up to his fathers Legacy and mostly could be found at the local saloon, or placer mining near by. The reverse is personally written by Dennis to his Cousin in VT.. A lot of history here. Cancel date on reverse dated 1936.
