For sale is an original antique postcard. The Indian motorcycles appear to be either 1911 or 1912 models. All the bikes appear to be the same. The center women is wearing a jacket that appears to say Indian.

This may have been some sort of Indian Motorcycle promo event and these. Women may be models to help sell them. Unfortunately, I don't have any information on where this was taken.
